• Purchase the box at the Night Owl Lacquer shop.

    • All sales are final & we do not accept returns or exchanges.  However if you have an issue with an item please email us with the details so that we can work something out for you.  [email protected]
    • The first 40 boxes sold will be ready to ship and will go out ASAP.  After that all boxes sold are on a pre-order status and are expected to start shipping around November 19th.
    • If your bottle arrives broken please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving it.  Please include a photo of the broken polish and the packaging. 
    • We currently ship to the US, Canada & some international locations (click here for a list) via USPS First Class or Priority with tracking.  If you are in a country that we don't currently ship to you are welcome to email us with your address and we can look into shipping there.  [email protected] 
    • International shipments are at your own risk.  If you know that your location has issues getting packages to you from the US then please consider that before ordering.
    • Please be sure that you provide a correct address.  We will not refund shipping costs for returned packages & will require the buyer to pay shipping costs to send it back out.  Refunds will not be issued if your package is delivered to the wrong address.  If you have concerns about USPS loosing your package or it being stolen then please make a note on your order that you would like a signature required or insurance and we will invoice you for it.
